Mana possesses an inherent and continuous tendency to distribute itself uniformly across the universe. This diffusive force, though relatively weak, acts persistently and without cessation. The natural resting state of mana is therefore one of uniform spatial distribution.

Mana Sensitivity

The capacity to perceive and manipulate mana manifests randomly at the level of the individual, without correlation to species or lineage.
